Really nice place to live. They have a new tot lot and a dog park which is awesome! Staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm moving out of the area otherwise I would stay. I highly recommend this place if you want a nice place to live in Gainesville.

Somerhill Farms is a great value in the Gainesville area. Nice, safe, quiet, friendly community with a wonderful office and amazing maintenance staff. Great central location, just minutes from all the local schools, shops, and restaurants.
